NGUMLOBELI WE-PHAPHAMA! ECENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC

Okwesine: Zama Ukufuya Kancane

Ungakwazi yini ukuzifuyela izinkukhu, izimbuzi, amajuba noma ezinye izilwane? Ezindaweni eziningi inyama seyaba yivelakancane. Ukudla kufanele kuhlanzeke futhi kuphekwe kahle ukuze kube nempilo. Amanzi angcolile aba namagciwane nezinambuzane. Ngakho wacwenge noma uwabilise amanzi ngaphambi kokuba uwasebenzise. Yakaza izitsha zokudlela ngamanzi abilayo, futhi ugezisise izandla zakho ngaphambi kokuba uphathe ukudla. Gcina amanzi ezitsheni ezihlanzekile ezivalwayo.
