Ukucindezeleka—Kungalawulwa!

“Ukuphila kuyohlala kunokucindezeleka, ngakho empeleni kufanele sibheke indlela esisabela ngayo kukho kunokuba sizame ukukuxosha.”—Leon Chaitow, umlobi wezempilo owaziwayo.

IBHAYIBHELI labikezela ukuthi “ezinsukwini zokugcina,” kuyofika “izikhathi ezibucayi okunzima ukubhekana nazo.” Ubufakazi bubonisa ngokucacile ukuthi siphila kuleso sikhathi, ngoba abantu—njengokusho kwesiprofetho—‘bangabazazisayo, abazidlayo, abahlambalazi, abangalaleli abazali, abangabongiyo, abangathembekile, abangenakho ukusondelana ngokomzwelo okungokwemvelo, abangafuni sivumelwano, abanyundeli, abangenakho ukuzithiba, abanolaka, abangenalo uthando ngobuhle, abakhapheli, abanenkani, abakhukhumele ngokuziqhenya.’—2 Thimothewu 3:1-5.

Yingakho kunzima kangaka ukulondoloza ukuthula! Ngisho nalabo abazama ukuphila ngokuthula bangathinteka. “Ziningi izinhlupheko zolungileyo,” kubhala umhubi uDavide. (IHubo 34:19; qhathanisa neyesi-2 Thimothewu 3:12.) Noma kunjalo, kuningi ongakwenza ukuze unciphise ukucindezeleka kungakukhungathekisi. Cabangela ukusikisela okulandelayo.

Zinakekele

Qaphela lokho okudlayo. Ukudla okunomsoco kuhlanganisa amaprotheni, izithelo, imifino, okusanhlamvu, nemikhiqizo yobisi. Uqaphele ufulawa omhlophe namafutha anqumayo. Qaphela ukuthi ungakanani usawoti owudlayo, ushukela, utshwala obuphuzayo ne-caffeine. Thuthukisa ukudla okudlayo, futhi ungase usinde ekucindezelekeni.

Vivinya umzimba. “Ukuqeqesha umzimba kunenzuzo,” kululeka iBhayibheli. (1 Thimothewu 4:8) Yebo, ukuvivinya umzimba okulinganiselwe kodwa okwenziwa njalo—abanye batusa ukuba kube kathathu ngesonto—kuqinisa inhliziyo, kuthuthukisa ukujikeleza kwegazi, kunciphisa amafutha egazini namathuba okuba nesifo senhliziyo. Ngaphezu kwalokho, ukuvivinya umzimba kuthuthukisa umuzwa wokuthi uphile kahle, ngokunokwenzeka ngenxa yama-endorphin akhishwa umzimba lapho usebenza kanzima.

Lala ngokwanele. Ukungalali kubangela ukukhathala futhi kunciphisa ikhono lakho lokulawula ukucindezeleka. Uma unobunzima bokulala, zama ukumisa isikhathi sokulala nesokuvuka esingashintshi. Abanye batusa ukuba ungacambalali imizuzu engaphezu kwengu-30, ukuze ungaphazamiseki uma ulele ebusuku.

Hleleka. Abantu abalawula isikhathi sabo basethubeni elingcono lokulawula ukucindezeleka. Ukuze uhleleke, qala ngokuthola ukuthi imiphi imisebenzi okufanele ize kuqala. Ngokulandelayo, yenza isimiso ukuze ungazidebeseleli lezi zinto.—Qhathanisa eyoku-1 Korinte 14:33, 40 neyabaseFilipi 1:10.

Londoloza Ubuhlobo Obuhle

Thola ukusekelwa. Phakathi nezikhathi ezinzima labo abanabangane bathola isivikelo esithile ukuze bangaphelelwa ithemba. Ukuthola umngane nje oyedwa omethembayo ongathulula isifuba kuye kungaba usizo kakhulu. Isaga seBhayibheli sithi: “Umngane uthanda ngezikhathi zonke, nomzalwane uzalwa ekuhluphekeni.”—IzAga 17:17.

Xazulula izingxabano. Umphostoli uPawulu wabhala: “Ilanga malingashoni nisesimweni sokucasuka.” (Efesu 4:26) Ukuhlakanipha kokuxazulula izingxabano ngokushesha kunokuba sifukamele intukuthelo kubonakala ekuhlolweni kwabantu abangu-929 ababa nesifo senhliziyo. Labo abanenzondo enkulu babesengozini ephindwe kathathu yokubulawa isifo senhliziyo phakathi neminyaka eyishumi bebe nesifo senhliziyo okokuqala uma beqhathaniswa nabantu abanomoya omnene. Abasunguli balokhu kuhlola babonisa ukuthi nakuba intukuthelo ibonakala iyisici esinamandla, noma imuphi umzwelo ojulile ophambene owenza umzimba ube nama-hormone okucindezeleka ungaba nomphumela ofanayo. “Umhawu ungukubola kwamathambo,” kusho izAga 14:30.

Yiba nesikhathi somkhaya. Abazali abangama-Israyeli bayalwa ukuba bachithe isikhathi nabantwana babo, bagxilise izimiso ezifanele ezinhliziyweni zabo. (Duteronomi 6:6, 7) Isibopho esasakheka sasithuthukisa ubunye bomkhaya—okuyinto entuleka ngokudabukisayo namuhla. Okunye ukuhlola kwembula ukuthi imibhangqwana ethile esebenzayo ichitha imizuzu engaba mithathu nengxenye kuphela idlala nezingane zayo usuku ngalunye. Nokho, umkhaya wakho ungaba umthombo wokusekela omkhulu lapho ubhekene nokucindezeleka. “Emkhayeni uba ilungu elikhethekile leqembu elisekelanayo ngokomzwelo elikwazi ngempela ukuthi unjani kodwa elikuthanda noma unjalo,” kusho incwadi ethile ngokuqondene nokucindezeleka. “Ukubambisana komkhaya kungenye yezindlela ezingcono kakhulu zokunciphisa ukucindezeleka.”

Linganisela Ekuphileni Kwakho

Linganisela. Umuntu ozikhandla njalo ngokomzimba nangokomzwelo angase atubeke futhi mhlawumbe acindezeleke. Isihluthulelo siwukulinganisela. Umfundi uJakobe wabhala: ‘Ukuhlakanipha okuvela phezulu kunengqondo.’ (Jakobe 3:17; qhathanisa umShumayeli 7:16, 17 neyabaseFilipi 4:5.) Funda ukuzenqaba izinto ezingaphezu kwalokho ongakusingatha.

Ungaziqhathanisi nomunye umuntu. EyabaseGalathiya 6:4 ithi: “Yilowo nalowo makahlole umsebenzi wakhe siqu, khona-ke uyoba nesizathu sokwethaba ngokuqondene naye yedwa, hhayi ngokuziqhathanisa nomunye umuntu.” Yebo, ngisho nasezindabeni zokukhulekela, uNkulunkulu akasiqhathanisi ngokungacabangeli, efuna okungaphezu kwalokho izimo zethu ngabanye ezikuvumelayo. Wamukela izipho nemihlatshelo yethu ‘ngokwalokho esinakho, hhayi ngokwalokho esingenakho.’—2 Korinte 8:12.

Yiba nesikhathi sokuzilibazisa. Ngisho noJesu, nakuba ayesebenza kanzima, wayesenza isikhathi sokuba aphumule yena nabalandeli bakhe. (Marku 6:30-32) Umlobi ophefumulelwe wencwadi yomShumayeli wayenomuzwa wokuthi ukuzilibazisa okwakhayo kuyinzuzo. Wabhala: “Ngase ngibabaza intokozo, ngokuba umuntu akanakho okuhle phansi kwelanga kunokudla, nokuphuza, nokujabula; lokhu kuyakuhlala kuye emshikashikeni wakhe ezinsukwini zokuphila kwakhe aziphiweyo nguNkulunkulu phansi kwelanga.” (UmShumayeli 8:15) Ukuzijabulisa okulinganiselayo kungaqabula umzimba futhi kusize ekunqandeni ukucindezeleka.

Yiba Nombono Olinganiselayo Ngokucindezeleka

Lapho ubhekene nezimo ezicindezelayo:

Ungaphethi ngokuthi awamukeleki kuNkulunkulu. IBhayibheli lisitshela ukuthi kwaphela iminyaka eminingi uHana, owesifazane okholekile, ‘enomphefumulo onomunyu’ (“ecindezeleke kakhulu,” Revised Standard Version). (1 Samuweli 1:4-11) EMakedoniya, uPawulu ‘wayecindezeleke nxazonke.’ (2 Korinte 7:5, Byington) Ngaphambi kokufa kwakhe, uJesu ‘waba nomunyu,’ futhi wacindezeleka kakhulu kangangokuba “izithukuthuku zakhe zaba njengamathonsi egazi awela emhlabathini.”a (Luka 22:44) Lezi kwakuyizinceku zikaNkulunkulu ezikholekile. Ngakho-ke, lapho ucindezelekile, asikho isizathu sokuphetha ngokuthi uNkulunkulu ukulahlile.

Funda ezimweni zakho ezicindezelayo. UPawulu wabhala ukuthi kwakudingeka akhuthazelele “iva enyameni,” ngokungangabazeki inkinga yempilo eyayimcindezela kakhulu. (2 Korinte 12:7) Nokho, eminyakeni engaba yisihlanu kamuva, wakwazi ukuthi: “Kuzo zonke izinto nakuzo zonke izimo ngiye ngayifunda imfihlo yakho kokubili ukuthi kunjani ukusutha nokuthi kunjani ukulamba kokubili ukuba nensada nokuswela. Nginamandla azo zonke izinto ngenxa yalowo odlulisela amandla kimi.” (Filipi 4:12, 13) UPawulu wayengalijabuleli “iva enyameni” ayenalo, kodwa ngokulikhuthazelela, wafunda indlela yokuncika kakhudlwana kuNkulunkulu ukuze athole amandla.—IHubo 55:22.

Hlakulela Ingokomoya

Funda futhi uzindle ngeZwi likaNkulunkulu. UJesu wathi: “Bayajabula abaqaphela isidingo sabo esingokomoya.” (Mathewu 5:3) Kubalulekile ukufunda nokuzindla ngeZwi likaNkulunkulu. Ngokuvamile, ngokuhlolisisa imiBhalo ngenkuthalo, sithola sona kanye isikhuthazo esisidingayo ukuze sibhekane nosuku. (IzAga 2:1-6) “Kubo ubuninginingi bemicabango yenhliziyo yami,” kubhala umhubi, “ukududuza kwakho [kukaNkulunkulu] kwathokozisa umphefumulo wami.”—IHubo 94:19.

Thandaza njalo. UPawulu wabhala: “Izicelo zenu mazaziwe uNkulunkulu . . . ; futhi ukuthula kukaNkulunkulu okudlula konke ukucabanga kuyoqapha izinhliziyo zenu namandla enu engqondo ngoKristu Jesu.” (Filipi 4:6, 7) Yebo, “ukuthula kukaNkulunkulu” kungadlula imizwa yethu ekhungathekile futhi kuyenze izole, ngisho nalapho kudingeka “amandla angaphezu kwavamile.”—2 Korinte 4:7.

Yiba khona emihlanganweni yobuKristu. Ibandla lobuKristu liyasekela kakhulu, ngoba labo abakulo bayalwa ukuba ‘bacabangelane ukuze bavuselelane othandweni nasemisebenzini emihle, . . . bakhuthazane.’ Ngesizathu esihle, uPawulu watshela amaKristu angamaHeberu ekhulu lokuqala ukuba ‘angakuyeki ukubuthana kwawo ndawonye.’—Heberu 10:24, 25.

Ithemba Eliqinisekile

Kuyavunywa, ngokuvamile ukunciphisa ukucindezeleka kuhilela okungaphezu nje kokulandela ikhambi elilula. Ngokuvamile, kudingeka ushintsho olukhulu endleleni yokucabanga. Ngokwesibonelo, kungase kudingeke ukuba umuntu afunde izindlela ezintsha zokusingatha izimo zakhe ukuze zingamtheni amandla. Kwezinye izimo ukuvama kwezinto ezicindezelayo kungase kukwenze kudingeke ukuthola usizo lwezokwelapha olukahle.

Yiqiniso, akekho noyedwa namuhla ophilayo ongenakho nhlobo ukucindezeleka okuyingozi. Nokho, iBhayibheli lisiqinisekisa ukuthi maduzane uNkulunkulu uyobhekisa ukunakekela kwakhe esintwini futhi asuse izimo ezisenza sibe nokucindezeleka okuyingozi. KusAmbulo 21:4, sifunda ukuthi uNkulunkulu “uyosula zonke izinyembezi emehlweni aso, futhi ukufa ngeke kusaba khona, noma ukulila noma ukukhala noma ubuhlungu ngeke kusaba khona.” Ngemva kwalokho, isintu esikholekile siyohlala ngokulondeka. Umprofethi uMika wabikezela: “Bayakuhlala, kube-yilowo nalowo phansi komvini wakhe naphansi komkhiwane wakhe; akakho oyakubesabisa, ngokuba umlomo kaJehova-Sebawoti ukhulumile.”—Mika 4:4.

a Kubikwa ukuthi kunabantu abaye baba nezithukuthuku zegazi lapho becindezeleke kakhulu. Ngokwesibonelo, uma umuntu ene-hematidrosis, uba nezithukuthuku noma amanzi aphuma emzimbeni axubene negazi. Nokho, akunakushiwo ngokuqinisekile ukuthi yini ngempela eyenzeka esimweni sikaJesu.

Ukucindezeleka Nokuhlinzwa

Abanye odokotela babheka izinga lokucindezeleka kweziguli zabo ngaphambi kokuba ziyohlinzwa. Ngokwesibonelo, uDkt. Camran Nezhat, ongudokotela ohlinzayo, uthi:

“Uma othile okufanele ahlinzwe engitshela ukuthi unovalo ngalolo suku futhi akafuni ukuhlinzwa, ngiyakuhoxisa ukuhlinzwa.” Ngani? UNezhat uyachaza: “Bonke odokotela abahlinzayo bayazi ukuthi abantu abanovalo kakhulu baba sengozini lapho behlinzwa. Bopha kakhulu, bagula kakhulu futhi baba nezinkinga eziningi. Kuba nzima kakhulu ukuba balulame. Kungcono kakhulu uma bezolile.”
