Asi pashure penguva yakati “vaJudha, vaitaura chiGiriki, vakanyunyutira vaHebheru, nokuti chirikadzi dzavo dzaidarikwa pakugoverwa kwomusi mumwe nomumwe.”—Mabasa 6:1.

Idzi nyunyuto dzakanzwiwa navaapostora. “Zvino vane gumi navaviri vakadana vadzidzi vazhinji, vakati: Hakuzakafanira kuti isu tirege shoko raMwari, tishumire pamatafura. Ikoku kunoratidzira nheyo inokosha yokuronga mukati meungano yechiKristu. Nhasi, vabatiri vanoshumira vanopfuurira kuita mhatsa yamabasa anokosha mukati meungano, zvakadai sokutarisira akaunzi dzeungano nendima, kuparadzira magazini namabhuku, uye kuchengeta Horo yoUmambo. Vamwe vabatiri vanoshumira vane mano vangatoshandiswa mukudzidzisa, pane dzimwe nguva kuitisa Fundo dzeBhuku dzeUngano, kutarisira mativi paMisangano yeBasa, uye kukurukura hurukuro dzavose.

Apo vakuru navabatiri vanoshumira vanoshandira pamwe chete nenzira ine tsinhirano, zvinodikanwa zveungano—zvose zviri zviviri zvomudzimu nezvokuronga—zvinotarisirwa nenzira yakadzikama. Mitezo yeungano panguva iyeyo inofara, inosimba, uye inobudirira mumudzimu. Vakuru vanofanira kurangarirawo kuti basa ravo rokufudza boka raMwari riri mutarisiro yavo rinobatanidza hama dzinobatira savabatiri vanoshumira. Chokwadi, varume vakavimbika vakadaro vanokarirwa kuva vaKristu vakakura mumudzimu. Kunyanguvezvo, kufanana navasara vose veboka, ivo vanoda ngwariro yomunhu oga nguva nenguva. Vakuru vanofanira kufarira zvikuru kukura kwavo kwomudzimu.

Somuenzaniso, apo muapostora Pauro akasangana nejaya Timotio, akakurumidza kunzwisisa mano aTimotio uye “akada kuti aende naye.” (Mabasa 16:3) Timotio akabatira seshamwari inofambira yaPauro, achigamuchira rovedzo inokosha somuuyo. Vakuru, makavamba here kushandisa mano akazara avabatiri vanoshumira vari muungano menyu? Munovabetsera here kufambira mberi kupfurikidza nokuvapa rovedzo yomunhu oga mukutaura pachena nokunzvera Bhaibheri? Makakumbira vakakwaniriswa kukuperekedzai pashanyo dzokufudza here? Munoshanda navo muushumiri hwomumunda here? Mumufananidzo waJesu wamatarenda, tenzi akaudza vabatiri vake vakatendeka, kuti: “Zvakanaka, muranda wakanaka, wakatendeka.” (Mateo 25:23) Imi nenzira yakafanana mune rupo here nerumbidzo nokuonga kuvabatiri vanoshumira vanoita nokuzvininipisa migove yavo nenzira yakaisvonaka? Kurukurirano inokosha nenzira yakafanana kuukama hwokushanda hune tsinhirano. (Enzanisa naZvirevo 15:22.) Mabasa haasati achifanira kugoverwa kana kuti kutorwa nomutoo wokushusha kana kuti usina kurongwa. Vakuru vanofanira kukurukura nenzira yokunyengetera kuti mano ehama anogona kushandiswa zvakanakisisa sei muungano. (Enzanisa naMateo 25:15.) Apo mugove unoitwa, hama inofanira kurayidzwa zvakakwana pamusoro pechinodikanwa kwairi chaizvoizvo. “Kana vanhu vasingatungamirirwi nouchenjeri,” inonyevera kudaro Zvirevo 11:14, “vanodedera.”

Hakuna kunakisisa kungoudza chete hama kutora bato reakaunzi, ramagazini, kana kuti ramabhuku kumumwe mubatiri. Pane dzimwe nguva mubatiri achangobva kugadzwa anogara nhaka zvinyorwa zvakawanda zvisina kururama kana kuti zvisina kukwana. Kunoodza mwoyo sei! “Zvinhu zvose ngazviitwe nomutoo wakafanira zvine mirayiro yazvo,” inorayira kudaro 1 VaKorinte 14:40. Vakuru vanofanira kutanga kurovedza hama, vachirovedzanisa nemiitiro yeungano nokugadza muenzaniso ivo vamene mukutevera miitiro yakadaro. Somuenzaniso, vakuru vanofanira kuronga kuti akaunzi dzeungano dzinzverwe mwedzi mitatu iri yose. Kuregeredza gadziriro inokosha yakadaro kunogona kutungamirira kuzvinetso ndokunetesa ruremekedzo vabatiri vanoshumira vanarwo rwemirayidzo yesangano.

Asi ngatitii imwe hama inoratidzika kuva inoregeredza mukutarira mugove wakati? Panzvimbo pokuibvisa nokukurumidza pamugove wayo, vakuru vanofanira kukurukura zvinhu nayo. Zvichida chinetso chacho kushayikwa kwerovedzo. Kana hama yacho ichipfuurira kuva nezvinetso mukutarisira mugove wayo, zvichida ingaita zvakanaka mune mumwe mugove.

Vakuru vanogonawo kusimudzira tsinhirano kupfurikidza nokuratidzira kuzvininipisa. VaFiripi 2:3 inokurudzira vaKristu kuti “musingaiti chinhu nenharo, kana nokuzvikudza, asi mumwe nomumwe ngaati nomwoyo unozvininipisa, vamwe vanomupfuura iye pakunaka.” Mukuru anofanira nokudaro kuyedza kubatira pamwe kana murindiri akamurayiridza kugara pachigaro chakati muhoro, kwete kurangarira kuti nemhaka yokuti mukuru, haafaniri kuteerera. Zvichida murindiri ari kungotevera zvake chikarakadzo chokugara muzvikamu zvakasiyana-siyana zvehoro, kunyange zvazvo achifanira kuyeuka kuti hakuna murayiro wokuti vose vanofanira kuita saizvozvo.a Mukuru achadzivisa kuisa parutivi zvisiri madikanwa zvisarudzo pazvinhu zvakagoverwa mubatiri anoshumira.

Vabatiri Vanoshumira Vanoshanda nokuda Kwetsinhirano

“Saizvozvowo vashumiri ngavave vanokudzwa,” akadaro muapostora Pauro. (1 Timotio 3:8) Kurangarira kwavo migove zvakakomba—sorutivi rwebasa ravo rinoyera—kunoita zvakawanda kudzivisa zvinetso kutanga. Kana iwe uri mubatiri anoshumira, unoita mabasa ako nembavarira here? (VaRoma 12:7, 8) Wakazvishandisa umene here kuti ugova ane unyanzvi mukuitwa kwamabasa ako? Wakavimbika uye wakatendeseka here? Unoratidza mudzimu wokudisa apo kunouya kumigove here? Mumwe mubatiri anoshumira muimwe nyika yeAfrica anotarisira migove mitatu yakasiyana muungano. Chimiro chake chendangariro? “Eya, kunongoreva zvako basa rakaoma rakawanda zvikuru,” iye anodaro, “uye basa rakaoma harikuurayi.” Zvamazvirokwazvo, avo vanozvipa vamene vanofarikanya mufarwa mukurusa.—Mabasa 20:35.

Unogonawo kuita zvakawanda kusimudzira tsinhirano kupfurikidza nokubatira pamwe zvizere navakuru. “Teererai vatungamiriri venyu, muzviise pasi pavo;” inodaro VaHebheru 13:17, “nokuti vanorinda mweya yenyu, savanhu vanozobvunzwa pamusoro penyu, kuti vaite izvozvo nomufaro, vasingaiti neshungu; nokuti izvozvo hazvikubatsiriyi chinhu.” Chokwadi, vakuru varume vasina kukwana, uye kungava nyore kuvawanira mhaka. Bva chimiro chendangariro chokutsoropodza chinoparira kusavimba. Chinogona kuparadza mufaro wako ndokutapura zvakaipa vamwe vari muungano. Muapostora Petro nokudaro akapa iri zano: “Imi vaduku, muzviise pasi pavakuru, nemi mose pfekai kuzvininipisa mumwe kune mumwe, . . . Naizvozvo zvininipisei pasi poruoko rune simba rwaMwari, kuti akukudzei nenguva yakafanira.”—1 Petro 5:5, 6.

Kuzvininipisa kwoumwari nokuzvidukupisa zvinogona kubetsera mubatiri anoshumira kuchengeta dzikamo yake kana iye ane mano echienzi kana kuti betsero dzedzidzo nedzenzanga. Kungava kunoedza sei kuti aedze kuvhairira vakuru kana kuti kudanira ngwariro kumano ake amene! Zvirevo 11:2 (NW), rinotiyeuchidza kuti “uchenjeri hune vanozvininipisa.” Hama inozvininipisa inoziva miganhu yayo. Inodisa kushanda chinyararire isingazviratidziri uye kushandisa mano ayo kutsigira vakuru. Kuzvininipisa kungaibetserawo kuziva kuti nepo ingava nezivo yakawanda mune zvenyika, ingave ichiri kushayiwa munharaunda dzinokosha dzouchenjeri nenzwisiso zvomudzimu—mavara umo vakuru vangaita zvakanaka.—1 VaKorinte 1:26–2:13; VaFiripi 1:9.
