Funganyo Inogona Kubatwa Nayo!

Zvitarisire
Ngwarira zvaunodya. Zvokudya zvakanaka zvinobatanidza mapuroteni, michero, miriwo, macereal nezvimwewo zvinogadziriswa bota, uye zvinogadzirwa nemukaka. Ngwarira furawa yakacheneswa uye manda. Ngwarira munyu waunodya, shuga chena, zvinodhaka, uye caffeine. Vandudza zvokudya zvako, uye ungava anotapurwa zvishoma nefunganyo.
Rovedza muviri. “Kurovedza muviri kunobatsira,” rinopa zano kudaro Bhaibheri. (1 Timotio 4:8) Zvirokwazvo, kurovedza muviri kune mwero asi kwenguva dzose—vamwe vanokurudzira katatu pavhiki—kunosimbisa mwoyo, kunovandudza kufamba kweropa, kunoderedza cholesterol, uye kunoderedza mikana yako yekuva nehosha yemwoyo. Zvinopfuura izvozvo, kurovedza muviri kunokurudzira pfungwa yokunzwa zvakanaka, zvimwe nemhaka yemaendorphin anoburitswa mukati mebasa rakaoma.

Chengetedza Ukama Hwakanaka

Iva nenguva yemhuri. Vabereki vechiIsraeri vakarayirwa kupedza nguva nevana vavo, vachiroverera nheyo dzakarurama mumwoyo mavo. (Dheuteronomio 6:6, 7) Chisungo chaivapo chaitsigira kubatana kwemhuri—chimwe chinhu chiri kushayika nhasi nenzira inosuruvarisa. Kumwe kunzvera kwakaratidza kuti vamwe varoorani vanoshanda vanopedza avhareji yeanenge maminiti 3,5 vachitamba nevana vavo zuva rimwe nerimwe. Asi, mhuri yako inogona kuva munobva betsero huru pakutarisana nefunganyo. “Mhuri inokupa mukana usina ganhuriro wokuva mutezo muboka rinotsigira mumurangariro rinokuziva chaizvoizvo sezvauri uye rinokuda,” rinodaro rimwe bhuku rinotaura zvefunganyo. “Kushanda pamwe chete kwemhuri seboka ndeimwe nzira yakanakisisa yokuderedza nayo funganyo.”
Vamba Dzikamo Muupenyu Hwako
Iva nemufungo. Munhu anonyanyisa pakuita zvinhu mumuviri nomundangariro ndiye chaiye asingatani kupera simba uye sezvingabvira anoora mwoyo. Dzikamo ndiyo kiyi yacho. “Kuchenjera kunobva kumusoro . . . kune rugare,” akanyora kudaro mudzidzi Jakobho. (Jakobho 3:17; enzanisa naMuparidzi 7:16, 17 naVaFiripi 4:5.) Dzidzira kuti kwete kuzvinorayirwa zvinopfuura zvaunogona kuita nenzira ine mufungo.
Usazvienzanisa nomumwe munhu. VaGaratia 6:4 inotaura kuti: “Munhu mumwe nomumwe ngaaidze basa rake amene, ipapo ungazvirumbidza pamusoro pake iye amene oga asingazviiti pamusoro pomumwe.” Hongu, kunyange munhau dzokunamata, Mwari haaiti kuenzanisa kusina kunaka, achirayira zvinopfuura izvo mamiriro edu ezvinhu anobvumira. Anogamuchira zvipo nezvibayiro zvedu ‘maererano nezvatinazvo, kwete maererano nezvatisina.’—2 VaKorinte 8:12.
Iva nenguva yokufaranuka. NaJesuwo, kunyange zvazvo aishanda zvakaoma, aizviwanira nguva yokuzorora nevadzidzi vake. (Marko 6:30-32) Munyori akafuridzirwa waMuparidzi akarangarira kuti kufaranuka kwakanaka kunobatsira. Ona Funganyo Nenzira Ine Mufungo
Apo unosangana nemamiriro ezvinhu anofunganyisa:
Usagumisa kuti Mwari haachakutenderi. Bhaibheri rinotiudza kuti Hana, mukadzi akatendeka, kwemakore “wakanga ane shungu kwazvo,” (“achirwadziwa zvikuru” Revised Standard Version). (1 Samueri 1:4-11) MuMakedhonia, Pauro akanga “atambudzika pari pose.” (2 VaKorinte 7:5, Byington) Asati afa, Jesu akanga “ari pakutambudzika kukuru,” uye kutambudzika kwake kwakanga kuri kukuru kwazvo zvokuti “ziya rake rakaita samadonhwe eropa, akadonhera pasi.”a (Ruka 22:44) Ava vaiva vabatiri vakatendeka vaMwari. Dzidza kubva mumamiriro ako ezvinhu anotambudza. Pauro akanyora kuti aitofanira kutambura “munzwa munyama,” pasina mubvunzo chinetso choutano chaimuparira nhamo huru. (2 VaKorinte 12:7) Anenge makore mashanu gare gare, kunyange zvakadaro, akakwanisa kutaura kuti: “Ndinoziva urombo, ndinozivawo kuva nezvakawanda; pachinhu chipi nechipi napazvinhu zvose ndakadzidziswa kuti ndizive kuguta nokunzwa nzara, kuva nezvizhinji nokushaiwa. Sakurira Umudzimu
Rava nokufungisisa Shoko raMwari. “Vakaropafadzwa varombo pamweya,” akadaro Jesu (Mateo 5:3) Kurava nokufungisisa Shoko raMwari kunokosha. Kazhinji kazhinji, kupfurikidza nokunzvera magwaro nokushingaira, tinowana shoko chairo rakarurama rinokurudzira ratiri kuda kuti tipedze zuva. (Zvirevo 2:1-6) “Mundangariro dzangu zhinji mukati mangu,” akanyora kudaro wezvemapisarema, “kunyaradza kwenyu [Mwari] kunofadza mweya wangu.”—Pisarema 94:19.

[va]rayirane.” Nechikonzero chakanaka, Pauro akaudza vaKristu vechiHebheru vomuzana rokutanga ramakore kuti ‘vasarega kuungana kwavo pamwe chete.’—VaHebheru 10:24, 25.
Tariro Yechokwadi
Sezvinobvumwa, kuderedza funganyo inhau inopfuura kungotevera bedzi muitiro wakapfava. Kazhinji kazhinji, kuchinja kukuru mumafungire kunodikanwa. Somuenzaniso, munhu angada kudzidza nzira itsva dzokudavidza nadzo kumamiriro ake ezvinhu kuti arege kumukurira. Mune zvimwe zvinoitika uwandu noukuru hwefunganyo hungaita kuti zvive madikanwa kutsvaka ngwariro younyanzvi hwezvokurapa.
