1, 2. Kungani sifuna iseluleko, futhi sisamukela kanjani na?

1 Abakhulekeli bakaNkulunkulu weqiniso ngaso sonke isikhathi bathemba yena ngokunganqikaziyo ngokuqondiswa kuzo zonke izindlela zabo. Ngokwethemba omunye wabahubi beBhayibheli waloba: “Uyakungihola ngesiluleko sakho.” (IHu. 73:24) NoJeremiya wasebenzisa lamazwi emkhulekweni oqinisekile: “Akukho-lutho olukwahlulayo . . . Nkulunkulu [weqiniso] omkhulu oyiqhawe, uJehova-Sebawoti, omkhulu emaswini, onamandla ezenzweni.”—Jer. 32:17-19.

2 Kubakhulekeli bakhe bobuKristu namuhla iseluleko sikaJehova sifika ngeZwi lakhe elilotshiwe nangenhlangano yezinceku zakhe zoqobo. Njalo labo ababhalisa Esikolweni Senkonzo esingokwaseZulwini babona masinyane ukuthi iseluleko abasitholayo nomoya esinikelwa ngawo kuphethwe yizimiso ezinhle zeBhayibheli.

3-5. Chaza indlela ipheshana Leseluleko Senkulumo nendaba eseziFundweni kusuka kwesama-21 kuya kwesama-37 okucetshelwe ngayo ukusetshenziswa ndawonye.

3 Iseluleko esithuthukayo. Njengosizo kokubili kubafundi nakumbonisi wesikole, kulungiselelwa ipheshana Leseluleko Senkulumo. Lifaka ohidini amaphuzu angamashumi amathathu nesithupha ayosiza abafundi ukuba bathuthukise amakhono abo okwethula iqiniso ngokuphumelelayo. Indaba enosizo kwelinye nelinye iphuzu iyofunyanwa ngesimo esifingqiwe Ezifundweni kusukela kwesama-21 kuya kwesama-37 salencwadi, isifundo esiqondene-ngqo sikhonjwa yinamba esepheshaneni Leseluleko Senkulumo. 4 Bekuyobasiza labo abasand’ ukubhalisa esikolweni ukulungiselela kahle, bekhumbula amaphuzu abhalwe ohidini epheshaneni Leseluleko Senkulumo. Ngenkulumo yabo yokuqala Esikolweni Senkonzo esingokwaseZulwini, umbonisi wesikole (noma omunye umeluleki uma bebaningi ababhalisile) uyotusa kuphela amaphuzu umfundi awasingatha kahle. Ngemva kwalokho, umeluleki uyogxila ngokuqhubekayo ephuzwini leseluleko elikudinga kakhulu ukunakekelwa ukuze kuthuthukiswe inkulumo yomfundi, futhi uyomabela ngokuqondile umfundi ukuba asebenzele kulelophuzu enkulumweni yakhe elandelayo. 6, 7. Umbonisi wesikole uyonikeza iseluleko ngamaphi amaphuzu na?

6 Iseluleko esinikezwa ngemva kwenkulumo ngayinye yomfundi kufanele sibe esinomusa, esicetshelwe ukusiza umfundi ukuqhubeka ukuthuthukisa ikhono lakhe lokukhuluma. Noma yisiphi iseluleko esinikelwe isikhulumi esinikeza inkulumo yokuyala noma amaphuzu avelele eBhayibheli, nokho, sinikezwa ngasese ngemuva kwesikole. Lesisikhulumi besiyokwelulekwa ikakhulu uma beseqe isikhathi esabelwe sona. 7 Amaphuzu okumelwe kunikezwe kuwo iseluleko ngokuvamile kuyoba yilawo umfundi ayelulekwe ukuba asebenzele kuwo. Phela, uma esinye isimo esithile senkulumo sisihle kakhulu, umeluleki angahle ngempela asihlanganise ekuncomeni kwakhe, kepha akanakuphawula ipheshana leseluleko kulelophuzu. Izimpawu ezimelwe zisetshenziswe zilandela kanje: “S” (Sebenzela kulokhu) lapho ukusetshenzelwa okuqhubekayo emfanelweni ethile yenkulumo bekuyo-banosizo; “W” (Wenze-kangcono) lapho umfundi esesebenzele iphuzu okungenani kanye ngaphambili futhi ebonisa ukuthuthuka kepha engakwazi ukulisebenzela ngokunosizo ngesinye isikhathi; “L” (Lungile) lapho imfanelo ecatshangelwayo iboniswe kahle ngokwanele ukufanela ukuthuthukela esifundweni sezinye izimfanelo zenkulumo lapho kulungiselelwa isabelo esilandelayo esikolweni. Lapho umfundi enesabelo sokufunda, umeluleki uyonikeza amaphuzu eseluleko afanelana kangcono naloluhlobo lwesabelo.

8-10. Ekuphawuleni ipheshana leseluleko, yini efanele ikhunjulwe umbonisi wesikole ukuze akhuthaze ukuthuthuka na?

8 Ubuhlakani obukhudlwana bufanele busetshenziswe ngumbonisi wesikole ukufeza okuhle kakhulu ngeseluleko esinikezwayo. Uma isikhulumi sisisha kakhulu, okudingekayo nje kunokunye yisikhuthazo. Abanye abafundi, abanesikhathi eside kakhulu esikolweni, bangahle bakhuthale ekulungiseleleni izinkulumo zabo, benakekela izimfanelo zenkulumo ababelwe ukuzisebenzela, kepha bangahle babe-nekhono elilinganiselwe. Ngezikhathi ezinjalo, uma ethile imfanelo yenkulumo iboniswa ngisho ebangeni elilinganiselwe, umbonisi wesikole abengahle ayiphawule ngokuthi “L” epheshaneni leseluleko futhi avumele umfundi athuthukele kwenye imfanelo edinga ukunakekelwa.

9 Ngenye indlela, esinye isikhulumi singahle sibe nolwazi oluningana noma ikhono lemvelo elingaphezulu, kepha, mhlawumbe ngokucindezelwa ngomunye umsebenzi, kungenzeka ukuthi asichithanga isikhathi sokufunda izimfanelo zenkulumo ezabelwe nakanjalo kungenzeka ukuthi asenzanga kahle njengoba besingenza. Ngesikhathi esinjengalesi kuyovimbela ngempela ukuthuthuka komfundi uma umbonisi wesikole ephawula ngokuthi “L” epheshaneni leseluleko nokusitshela ukuthuthukela kokunye. Uma inkulumo ibingeyohlobo lokuthi imfanelo eyabelwe ngabe ibonisiwe, umeluleki uyoliphawula ngokuthi “S” (Sebenzela kulokhu) bese enikela usizo lomuntu uqobo kumfundi ukumsiza ukuthuthuka. Ngalendlela abafundi bayokhuthazwa ukwenza enye nenye inkulumo, hayi ukugcwaliswa nje kwesabelo, kepha okuphawulayo ekuthuthukeni kwabo njengezikhulumi.

10 Khumbula ukuthi lokhukufundisa kwenkulumo kuyathuthuka. Musa ukulindela ukuba-yisikhulumi esiyingcweti ngobusuku nje. Yinqubo ehamba kancane kancane, kepha leyo engasheshiswa ngomzamo okhuthele. Uma uyozindla ngokusikisela okunikelwe kulesisimiso sokufundisa kwenkulumo futhi ume ekulungiseleleni izabelo zakho, ukuthuthuka kwakho kuyobonakala masinyane kubo bonke ababukayo.—1 Thim. 4:15.

11-16. Yimiphi imiyalo umeluleki azama ukuyilandela ukuze akhe eselulekweni sakhe na?

11 Umeluleki. Umbonisi wesikole ufanele afundisise indaba yesinye nesinye isifundo seviki ukuze akwazi ukunquma noma indaba eyabelwe ihlanganiswe kahle nokwazi ukulungisa noma yimaphi amaphutha. Akafanele nanini, nokho, afike lapho engakwazi ukujabulela izinkulumo ngenxa yokusola ngokweqile indlela indaba enikezwa ngayo. Naye ufanele asizakale ngamaqiniso ashiwo.

12 Ekwelulekeni ngokuvamile uqala ngokuncoma umzamo womfundi. Bese eqhubeka ukubeka amazwana ngamaphuzu asepheshaneni leseluleko isikhulumi esiwasebenzelayo. 13 Akwanele nje ukutshela isikhulumi ukuthi senze kahle noma ukuthi sidinga ukusebenzela futhi imfanelo ethile yenkulumo. Kuyosiza bonke abakhona uma umeluleki eyochaza isizathu sokuba-kuhle kwayo noma isizathu sendingeko yokuthi ithuthukiswe nendlela yokuyithuthukisa. Futhi, kuyomsiza ukuqokomisa izizathu zokuthi kungani imfanelo yenkulumo okuxoxwa ngayo idingeka kakhulu enkonzweni yasensimini noma emihlanganweni yebandla. Lokhu kuyovusa ukwazisa iphuzu ngakulo lonke ibandla futhi kuyokhuthaza umfundi ukuqhubeka elinakekela.

14 Akuwona umsebenzi womeluleki ukubuyekeza inkulumo yomfundi. Ufanele akhulume kafushane futhi ashaye emhloleni ngeseluleko sakhe, esilinganisela ngokunakekela emizuzwini emibili ngenye nenye inkulumo yomfundi. Ngalendlela iseluleko nokusikisela akunakusithezwa ngamazwi amaningi kakhulu. Futhi, kufanele ukubhekisela umfundi emakhasini kulencwadi lapho engafumana khona indaba eyengeziwe exoxiwe.

15 Amaphuthana okuphimiselwa kwamazwi noma ohlelo akuzona izinto ezinkulu zokuqashelwa. Kodwa umeluleki ufanele akhathazeke ngomphumela ovamile wokunikela kwesikhulumi. Ingabe indaba inosizo futhi iyafundisa na? Ingabe ihleleke kahle futhi izwakala kalula na? Ingabe ukunikela kuqinisekile, kunokushiseka, kuyakholisa na? Ingabe ubuso baso nokushukuma komzimba kubonisa ukuthi siyakukholwa lokho esikushoyo nokuthi sikhathazeka ngokudlulisela amaqiniso amahle ezilalelini zaso kunokukhanga esikunikezayo na? Uma lezizindaba ezibalulekile zinakekelwe kahle, okumbalwa ukuphimiselwa kwamazwi okubi namaphutha ohlelo akunakubonwa yizilaleli.

16 Iseluleko esinikezwa esikolweni senkonzo sifanele ngaso sonke isikhathi sinikezwe ngendlela yomusa, enosizo. Kufanele kube-nesifiso esibukhali sokusiza umfundi. Cabangela ubuntu balowo omelwe elulekwe. Uyezwela na? Ufunde kancane na? Zikhona yini izizathu zokuvumela ubuthakathaka bakhe? Iseluleko sifanele senze lowo owelulekwayo azizwe esiziwe, hayi esoliwe. Qiniseka ukuthi uyasiqonda iseluleko nokuba-nengqondo kwaso.

17-19. Ukwenza ukuthuthuka okukhulu kakhulu kwenye nenye inkulumo, yini efanele yenziwe ngomunye nomunye umfundi ngaphambi kokulungiselela enye nenye inkulumo nangemva kokuyinikeza na?

17 Ukuzuza ngeseluleko. Lapho wabelwe inkulumo Esikolweni Senkonzo esingokwaseZulwini khumbula ukuthi isizathu sokunikela kwakho inkulumo akukhona kuphela ukuhlanganisela ibandla indaba eyakhayo, kepha nokuthuthukisa ikhono lakho lokukhuluma. Ukuphumelela kulokhu, kubalulekile ukuchitha isikhathi uhlaziya izimfanelo zenkulumo ocelwe ukuba uzisebenzele. Fundisisa kulencwadi Isifundo esiphethe iphuzu elisetshenzelwayo, ukuze wazi indlela elimelwe lithinte ngayo ukulungiselela kwakho nendlela yokubonisa imfanelo yenkulumo ekunikeleni kwakho. Ukukusiza, izimo eziyinhloko zenye nenye imfanelo yenkulumo zilotshwe ngokugqamile kulencwadi. Lezi yizisusa ezinkulu zokucatshangelwa.

18 Ngemuva kokunikeza inkulumo yakho, lalelisisa iseluleko somlomo esinikezwayo. Samukele ngokusazisa. Bese usebenzela amaphuzu adinga ukunakekelwa.
