Izithombe Zocansi Zingawuqeda Nya Umshado Wakho

Umkakhe wayithola imfihlo yakhe. Waxolisa kakhulu. Wathi uzoyeka, nangempela wayeka—okwesikhashana. Ngemva kwesikhathi waphinda futhi, waxolisa kumkakhe wathembisa ukuthi uzoyeka.

Ingabe usesimweni esifanayo? Uma kunjalo, kufanele wazi ukuthi ukubuka kwakho izithombe zocansi kumthinta kanjani umuntu oshade naye nokuthi ungawuyeka kanjani unomphela lo mkhuba.a

Okufanele ukwazi

Izithombe zocansi zingawubulala ziwuqede umshado. Zingenza oshade naye abe nolaka futhi angabe esakwethemba.b

Inkosikazi enomyeni obuka izithombe zocansi ingase izizwe ngale ndlela:

  • Ixhashaziwe. USarah uthi, “Kwakuba sengathi umyeni wami ubelokhu ephinga ephindelela.”

  • Izenyeza. Enye inkosikazi ithi umkhuba womyeni wayo wokubuka izithombe zocansi wayenza yazizwa “inamahloni futhi yabona sengathi ayibukeki kahle.”

  • Ingamethembi eshade naye. UHelen uthi, “Yonke into eyenziwa umyeni wami isivele ingisolise.”

  • Ikhathazekile. UCatherine uyavuma, “Ukuphila kwami kwase kugxile ekukhathazekeni ngomkhuba womyeni wami.”

Ongacabanga ngakho: IBhayibheli lithi indoda kufanele ithande umkayo. (Efesu 5:25) Ingabe iyamthanda uma imenza azizwe ngezindlela ezichazwe ngenhla?

Akulula ukuyeka umkhuba wokubuka izithombe zocansi. UStacey uthi, “Umyeni wami wakwazi ukuyeka ugwayi, insangu notshwala, kodwa kusewumzukuzuku ukuyeka izithombe zocansi.”

Uma ukuleso simo, amacebiso alandelayo angakusiza uphume uphele kulo mkhuba.

  • Qonda ukuthi kungani kukubi ukubuka izithombe zocansi. Izithombe zocansi zikhuthaza injabulo enobugovu phakathi, okuyinto elimaza lezi zinto ezenza umshado ujabulise: uthando, ukwethembana kanye nobuqotho. Ziphinde zibonise ukwedelela uMsunguli womshado, uJehova uNkulunkulu.

  • Ungasoli abanye ngamaphutha akho. Ungasho ukuthi, ‘Ngabe angizibuki izithombe zocansi ukube umkami ungibonisa uthando.’ Akufanele usole umkakho ngephutha lakho, lokho kuzokwenza nokuthi kube lula ukuba uphinde uyengeke lapho ekudumaza.

    Okushiwo iBhayibheli: “Yilowo nalowo ulingwa ngokuhehwa nangokuyengwa yisifiso sakhe.”—Jakobe 1:14.

  • Vulela oshade naye isifuba sakho, uthembeke. UKevin uthi: “Ngixoxa ngayo yonke into nomkami. Kukhona yini okuthile okuvusa inkanuko engehlulekile ukukugwema? Ukuba nalezi zingxoxo njalo kuziqeda zonke izimfihlo.”

    Okushiwo iBhayibheli: “Sifisa ukuziphatha ngokwethembeka ezintweni zonke.”—Hebheru 13:18.

  • Hlale uqaphile. Lo mkhuba ungaphinde ubuye ngisho noma sekudlule iminyaka ucabanga ukuthi uwunqobile. UKevin, okukhulunywe ngaye ekuqaleni, uthi: “Kwaphela iminyaka engu-10 ngingazibuki izithombe zocansi, ngangicabanga ukuthi sengiyinqobile le nkinga. Kanti angibuzanga elangeni, yayifana nesilwane esasilokhu sicuthile.”

    Okushiwo iBhayibheli: “Lowo ocabanga ukuthi umile makaqaphele ukuba angawi.”—1 Korinte 10:12.

  • Lapho uhlaselwa yilesi sifiso, linda. Nakuba ungase ungakwazi ukuvimba leso sifiso esingafanele, ungakwazi kodwa ukukhetha ukuthi uzosivumela noma cha. Isifiso sizodlula—mhlawumbe singadlula ngokushesha uma uzifundisa ukucabanga ngezinye izinto kunokugxila kuso.

    Okushiwo iBhayibheli: “Ngamunye wenu kufanele azi ukuthi angawulawula kanjani umzimba wakhe siqu ukuze awugcine ungcwele futhi unodumo, kungabi ngokushisa kwenkanuko yokuya ocansini engalawuleki.”—1 Thesalonika 4:4, 5.

  • Gwema izimo ezingase zivuse lezo zifiso. Incwadi ethi Willpower’s Not Enough ithi, “Lapho uchayeke esimweni esithile kusuke kufana nokuthi usulayithekile umentshisi. Kusuke nje sekudingeka uphethiloli omncanyana . . . ukuze kokheleke umlilo.”

  • Ungalilahli ithemba. Kungase kuthathe isikhathi eside—ngisho neminyaka—ukuba umuntu oshade naye aphinde akwethembe. Kodwa baningi abantu abashadile abakwazile ukuphinde bathembane.

Indoda nomkayo babambane ngezandla njengoba bekhuluma.

Uma umyeni wakho ebuka izithombe zocansi

Ungazibeki icala. Ungaphethi ngokuthi awuthandeki, awufunwa muntu, noma ngokuthi kukhona okushodayo kuwe. Izithombe zocansi zakha izifiso ezixakile, akekho umuntu wesifazane onganelisa lezo zifiso ezingalawuleki nezingekho ngokwemvelo.

Lapho umyeni wakho ezama ukuthi uphinde umethembe, ungakwazi yini ukumsiza? Mhlawumbe kukhona ongakwenza—ikakhulukazi uma elwa kanzima ukuze ayeke lo mkhuba. UFelicia usiza umyeni wakhe akwazi ukubona izinto ezingamyenga kalula, nalokho angakwenza ukuze angabe esazibuka. Uthi: “Ngiyazi ukuthi akuyona inkinga yami le, eyomyeni wami. Kodwa lapho ngimsiza, nomshado wethu uyaphumelela.”—UmShumayeli 4:9-12.
