Yini ekwenza ukhathazeke?

Ingabe la mazwi alandelayo achaza indlela oye uzizwe ngayo ngezinye izikhathi?

“Ngihlale ngicabanga: ‘Kuthiwani uma . . . ?’ ‘Kuthiwani uma siba sengozini yemoto?’ ‘Kuthiwani uma indiza iphahlazeka?’ Ngikhathazeka ngezinto umuntu ocabanga ngendlela efanele angeke akhathazeka kakhulu ngazo.”—UCharles.

Iqiniso: Siphila ezikhathini iBhayibheli elizibiza ngokuthi “izikhathi ezibucayi okunzima ukubhekana nazo.” (2 Thimothewu 3:1) Ngenxa yalokho, ukukhathazeka kuhlupha intsha ngezinga okubahlupha ngalo nabantu abadala.

Ingabe ukukhathazeka kubi ngaso sonke isikhathi?

Impendulo ingucha. Empeleni, iBhayibheli lithi kuyafaneleka ukuba abantu bakhathazeke ngoba befuna ukujabulisa ababathandayo.​—1 Korinte 7:32-34; 2 Korinte 11:28.

Kanti futhi kumelwe sivume ukuthi ukukhathazeka kungasishukumisela esenzweni. Ngokwesibonelo, ake sithi uzobhala isivivinyo esikoleni ngesonto elizayo. Ukukhathazeka kungakwenza utadishe kuleli sonto ​—futhi lokho kungakwenza uphumelele kangcono!

Ukukhathazeka ngezinga elithile kungase kukwenze uqaphele ingozi. Osemusha okuthiwa uSerena uthi, “Ungase ukhathazeke ngoba wazi ukuthi wenza ngendlela engafanele nokuthi kudingeka wenze izinguquko ukuze unembeza wakho ukhululeke.”​—Qhathanisa noJakobe 5:14.

Ukukhathazeka kungakwenza uzizwe uvaleleke endaweni ongakwazi ukuphuma kuyo, kodwa umuntu obheka izinto ngendlela ehlukile angakusiza uthole indlela yokuphuma

Isibonelo: URichard oneminyaka engu-19 uthi, “Ingqondo yami ivele igijime uma ngicabanga ngezindlela isimo esingicindezelayo okungenzeka siphethe ngazo. Ngiyasiphenduphendula leso simo engqondweni yami, kuze kube seqophelweni lokukhathazeka kakhulu.”

IBhayibheli lithi “inhliziyo ezolile ingukuphila komzimba.” (IzAga 14:30) Ngakolunye uhlangothi, ukukhathazeka kungaba nemiphumela emibi emzimbeni, efana nekhanda elibuhlungu, isiyezi, isisu esibuhlungu nokushaya ngamandla kwenhliziyo.

  • Hlola ukuthi kufanele yini ukhathazeke. “Ukuzihlupha ngezibopho zakho akufani nokukhathazeka ngokweqile. Kungikhumbuza isisho esithi, Ukukhathazeka kufana nokuhlala esihlalweni esiyendayo. Uba matasa kodwa awuyi ndawo.”​—UKatherine.

    IBhayibheli lithi: “Ubani kini ongathi ngokukhathazeka anezele ingalo eyodwa esikhathini sakhe sokuphila?”​—Mathewu 6:27.

    Lokhu kusho ukuthi: Uma ukukhathazeka kungakusizi uxazulule inkinga, kuzomane kwenezele ezinkingeni zakho​—noma kube inkinga yakho.

  • Bhekana nezinto zosuku ngalunye ngesikhathi. “Cabangisisa ngakho. Ingabe into okhathazeke ngayo izobe isabalulekile kusasa? ngenyanga ezayo? ngonyaka ozayo? eminyakeni emihlanu ezayo?”​—U-Anthony.

  • Khuluma nothile. “Lapho ngenza ibanga lesithupha, ngangifika ekhaya ngikhathazeke kakhulu, ngingafuni nakucabanga ngolwakusasa. Umama nobaba babengilalela lapho ngibatshela indlela engizizwa ngayo. Kwakungisiza ukuba khona kwabo. Ngangibethemba futhi ngikwazi ukukhuluma nabo ngokukhululekile. Kwakungisiza ngikwazi ukubhekana nosuku olulandelayo.”​—UMarilyn.

    IBhayibheli lithi: “Ngukukhathazeka enhliziyweni yomuntu okuyoyibangela ukuba ibhocobale, kodwa yizwi elihle eliyenza ijabule.”​— IzAga 12:25.

    IBhayibheli lithi: ‘Phonsa zonke izinkathazo zakho kuNkulunkulu, ngoba uyakukhathalela.’​—1 Petru 5:7.

    Lokhu kusho ukuthi: Umthandazo awulona isu lokulutha ingqondo. Uyindlela yokuxhumana ngokuqondile noJehova uNkulunkulu osinike lesi sithembiso: “Ungaqalazi ngapha nangapha, ngoba nginguNkulunkulu wakho. Ngizokuqinisa. Impela ngizokusiza.”​—Isaya 41:10.

Lapho ukukhathazeka kuphikelela

Abanye abasebasha bahlushwa isifo sokukhathazeka okungamahlala-khona. Ngokwesibonelo, osemusha okuthiwa uJenna uthi: “Ngenxa yokukhathazeka, ngangihlale ngiphethwe ikhanda, ngingakwazi ukugxilisa ingqondo, ngilala izinsuku noma ngingalali izinsuku, ngingadli nhlobo noma ngidle kakhulu​—ngangihlale ngithukile. Izinkinga ezincane zazivele zibonakale ziyintaba.”
