Indlela Yokulawula Ukukhathazeka

Ukukhathazeka ngokweqile kungakulimaza emzimbeni nangokomzwelo. Kungase kuholele nasezinkingeni ezinkulu ezingaphezu kwalezo obukhathazeke ngazo.

Amacebiso okunciphisa ukukhathazeka

  • Ubuso obudangele.

    Ungachithi isikhathi esiningi ubuka izindaba ezibuhlungu. Akudingeki wazi yonke into ngezigameko ezenzekayo. Ukubuka kakhulu izindaba ezizwisa ubuhlungu kuzokwenza wesabe nakakhulu futhi kukuqede amandla.

    Okushiwo iBhayibheli: “Umoya omunyu uqeda amandla.”—IzAga 17:22.

    “Kulula ukubanjwa izindaba ezisematheni nezishaqisayo, kodwa lowo mkhuba ungakulimaza. Lapho nginciphisa isikhathi engisichitha ngibuka izindaba kuyancipha nokukhathazeka kwami.”—UJohn.

    Ongacabanga ngakho: Kuyadingeka yini ukuba ngihlale ngizazi ezisematheni?

  • Iwashi.

    Namathela ohlelweni lokwenza izinto. Zama ukuzibekela isikhathi esiqondile sokuvuka, sokudla, sokwenza imisebenzi yasendlini nesokulala. Ukuba nohlelo lokwenza izinto, kuzokwenza ukuphila kwakho kuhleleke kahle futhi kukusize unciphise ukukhathazeka.

    Okushiwo iBhayibheli: “Ngokuqinisekile amacebo okhuthele amenza aphumelele.”—IzAga 21:5.

    “Ngesikhathi kuqala ubhubhane lwe-COVID-19, ngayeka ukwenza izinto ngendlela ebengijwayele ukuzenza ngayo, ngagcina sengichitha isikhathi esiningi kakhulu kwezokuzijabulisa. Ngangifuna ukusisebenza kahle kakhulu isikhathi sami, ngakho nganquma ukwenza uhlelo lwezinto okufanele ngizenze nsuku zonke.”—UJoseph.

  • Ubuso obujabulile.

    Gxila kokuhle. Ukuhlale uzibuza ukuthi “Bekuzoba njani ukube?” nokucabangana nezinto ezingase zingenzeki kuzokwenza ukhathazeke kalula. Kunalokho, cabanga ngezinto ezimbili-ezintathu ongabonga ngazo.

    “Ukufunda iBhayibheli kungisiza ngigxile kokuhle, ngingalokhu ngicabanga izinto ezimbi. Lokho ungase ukuthathe kalula, kodwa kuyasebenza!”—ULisa.

    Ongacabanga ngakho: Ingabe uvame ukugxila ezintweni ezingahambi kahle ekuphileni kwakho, ungazinaki ezinhle?

  • Isipho.

    Cabanga ngabanye. Esikhundleni sokuzehlukanisa—okuyinto elula kakhulu uma ukhathazekile—cabanga ngendlela ongasiza ngayo abantu abadinga usizo.

    Okushiwo iBhayibheli: ‘Ningacabangeli izindaba zenu nje kuphela, kodwa nikhathalele nabanye.’—Filipi 2:4.

    “Kuyangijabulisa ukwenzela abanye abantu izinto. Ngiyabasiza bajabule, ngesikhathi esifanayo, nginciphisa nokukhathazeka kwami. Empeleni, anginaso isikhathi sokukhathazeka.”—UMaria.

    Ongacabanga ngakho: Kubantu obaziyo, bakhona yini abadinga usizo futhi yini ongayenza ukuze ubasize?

  • Inhliziyo.

    Nakekela impilo yakho. Zivocavoce futhi uphumule ngokwanele. Yidla ukudla okunempilo. Ukunakekela impilo yakho kungakwenza ujabule futhi kukusize unciphise ukukhathazeka.

    Okushiwo iBhayibheli: ‘Ukuzivocavoca kuyazuzisa.’—1 Thimothewu 4:8, umbhalo waphansi.

    “Mina nendodana yami asikwazi ukuzivocavocela ngaphandle ngendlela esifisa ngayo, ngakho sesihlela ukuzivocavocela ekhaya. Lokhu kusenza sijabule, kwenza nokuthi sibe nobudlelwane obuhle.”—UCatherine.

Amavesi eBhayibheli amayelana nokukhathazeka

IHubo 55:22: “Phonsa umthwalo wakho kuJehova, yena uyokusekela.”a

Elikushoyo: Singakwazi ukuphonsa umthwalo wethu, kuhlanganise nokukhathazeka, kuNkulunkulu ngomthandazo. Umthandazo uwukukhuluma noMdali, okunguyena osisizayo futhi “osiduduza kuzo zonke izilingo zethu.”—2 Korinte 1:3, 4.

IzAga 12:25, umbhalo waphansi: “Ukukhathazeka enhliziyweni yomuntu kuyenza icindezeleke, kodwa izwi elihle liyenza ijabule.”

Elikushoyo: Khuluma namalungu omndeni noma abangani abangakukhuthaza bakunike nosizo oludingayo.

Mathewu 6:27: “Ubani kini ongathi ngokukhathazeka anezele ngisho nomzuzu owodwa esikhathini sakhe sokuphila?”

Elikushoyo: Ngokuvamile, akusizi ngalutho ukukhathazeka. Akwenzi izinto zibe ngcono futhi akukusizi uthole isixazululo sezinkinga.

Mathewu 6:31, 32: “Ngakho ningalokothi nikhathazeke nithi, ‘Sizodlani?’ noma, ‘Sizophuzani?’ noma, ‘Sizogqokani?’ . . . UYihlo wasezulwini uyazi ukuthi niyazidinga zonke lezi zinto.”

Elikushoyo: UJehova uNkulunkulu uyazi ukuthi sidinga ukudla, okokugqoka nendawo yokuhlala ngisho nangaphambi kokuba sibone ukuthi siyazidinga.
