Kunokuba avumele isicelo seningi, uJesu “wamonyukela futhi entabeni yena yedwa.” (Johane 6:15) Kodwa isixuku asizange sidele kalula. Sabuyela kuye ngakusasa. Ngokwabantu basemazweni athuthukayo, izizwe ezithuthukile zaseNtshonalanga zinikeza wonke amathuba nezinzuzo ezibonakalayo umuntu angazifuna—amathuba angatholakali ezweni labo siqu. Kuba nomhawu ngokuchuma, kubangiswana ngendlela yokuphila. Cishe wonke umfundi ubekelwa ithuba lemfundo ephakeme ngaphambi kwakhe njengencwadi yemvume yokungena ekuthuthukeni nasempumelelweni. Ngokwesibonelo, eMpumalanga, ukuzimisela kwabantu ukwenza cishe noma yini amasonto ayifunayo ukuze bafanelekele ukuthola izipho noma izabelo kuye kwaveza igama lokweyisa lokuthi “amaKristu elayisi.” Yebo, okudabukisa kakhulu ukuthi lapho usizo olunjalo noma ukusekela kunqamuka, nesithakazelo sabantu siyanqamuka. Ziyini Izithelo?
Lapho kuqhathaniswa namasonto asemuva emakhaya, amasonto anezithunywa zevangeli ngokuvamile aba nabantu abaningi. Ngaleyondlela abantu abaningi bafundiswa izimfundiso zesonto nomqondo othile wobuKristu. Kodwa ingabe lamathuba aye abenza baqonda iBhayibheli nesigijimi salo? Ingabe ngempela aye abenza baba amaKristu, okungukuthi, abalandeli bakaJesu Kristu?
Cabangela ngokwesibonelo, uKuo Tung, insizwa okukhulunywe ngayo ngaphambili. Lapho ebuzwa ukuthi manje useyakholelwa yini kuNkulunkulu ngemva kokuba eye esontweni isikhathi esithile, waphendula: “Cha. Akukaze kukhulunywe ngobufakazi bokuthi uNkulunkulu ukhona.” Eqinisweni, wavuma ukuthi wayengaqiniseki ukuthi bakhona kubangane bakhe ababekholelwa kuNkulunkulu ongumuntu, ngisho nakuba babeya naye esontweni. Wathi, babeya kuphela ngenjongo yokufunda isiNgisi.
Enye insizwa yafika ekhaya izochitha iholide isuka ekholiji eUnited States. Lapho omunye woFakazi BakaJehova eyivakashela, yabuza ukuthi oFakazi babeyiqhuba ngesiNgisi yini imihlangano yabo. Kungani? Yathi, “Ukuze ngikwazi ukulondoloza isiNgisi sami.” Lapho itshelwa ukuthi imihlangano yayiqhutshwa ngolimi lwendawo ukuze bonke bazuze ngokomoya, lensizwa yathi yayizoya lapho imihlangano yesiNgisi yayiqhutshwa khona kabili ngesonto.
Ngisho nalabo asebeye baba amalungu esonto futhi babhapathizwa babonisa ushintsho oluncane esimweni sabo. Abaningi babo basabambelele ezinkolelweni zabo noma emikhubeni yangaphambili, ngokuvamile ngokuvunyelwa, uma kungekhona futhi nangesibusiso, sesonto labo. Kuthiwani ngalabo abaye bazuza ezinhlelweni zesonto? Ekulondekeni kwabo okusha okungokwezimali nokungokwezinto ezibonakalayo, kungokuvamile ukubezwa bethi impendulo ezinkingeni zanamuhla iwukuthembela kuwe ngokwakho. Umphumela uwukuthi abaningi babo baye bazehlukanisa ngokuphelele nanoma ikuphi ukuzihilela esontweni, noma bazigcina bengasondele kakhulu kulo.
Izithunywa zevangeli zamasonto ziye zaba namathuba amaningi amahle okufundisa abantu lokho iBhayibheli elikufundisayo. Kodwa kunokuba zibafundise ukulandela umyalo kaJesu othi “funani kuqala umbuso kaNkulunkulu nokulunga kwakhe, khona konke lokhu kuyakwenezelwa nina,” baye bagcizeiela ‘kwezinye izinto.’ (Mathewu 6:33, qhathanisa neNW.) Amasonto ayaphuma ayoshumayela ivangeli. Kodwa lokho okuye kwaba umphumela, ezimweni eziningi, ukukhuthazwa kwendlela yokuphila yaseNtshonalanga, yokuthanda izinto ezibonakalayo. Yebo, aye aphendula abantu abaningi. Kodwa njengoba sibonile, abaningi balaba baye bathambekela ezweni nasezintweni ezibonakalayo kakhulu kunanini ngaphambili. Ngosuku lukaJesu, wathi ngabaholi benkolo: “Nihamba ulwandle nomhlaba ukuba nithole nokuba iproselite lilinye, lithi selabanjalo nilenze indodana yesihogo ngokuphindiwe kunani!” (Mathewu 23:15) Ngalomqondo, umzamo weLobukholwa wokushumayela ivangeli ngezindlela zokuthuthukisa umphakathi uye waba nomphumela ongemuhle. Liye lashiyeka kakhulu ekuthunyweni okukhulu okwanikezwa uJesu Kristu: “Hambani nenze izizwe zonke abafundi, . . . nibafundise ukugcina konke enginiyale ngakho.”—Mathewu 28:19, 20.
