Ndinogona sei Kukunda Kushushikana Neuremu Hwangu?
“Nhau huru kupfuura dzose muupenyu hwangu ndeyekuti ndinofanira here kuisa mayonnaise pasangweji yangu. Ndinogona sei kuisa pfungwa dzangu kuchimwe chinhu pandinenge ndichishushikana nemayonnaise? Ndosarudzei? Handichadi mayonnaise—nokuti ine macalorie akawanda. Anorexia inohwina zvakare. Ndinokundwa.”—Jaimee.
HOSHA dzokudya dzinotambudza mamiriyoni evaduku.a Vakawanda havana kutanga nepfungwa yekuzviziyisa nenzara (anorexia) kana kuti kutanga tsika yekudyisa nokubudisa (bulimia). Asi vakawanda vakatanga nevavariro duku yokurasikirwa nemakirogiramu mashomanana. Zvisinei, vasati vazvicherekedza, vakabatwa mumambure emuitiro wekuzviziyisa nenzara kana kudyisa. “Ndakatanga tsika yokudya iyi kuti ndidzore uremu hwangu, asi zvino ndihwo hwava kundidzora,” anodaro Jaimee.
Kana ukaona kuti unoshushikana nezvokudya uye kuti zvinotapura uremu hwako, unogona kuitei? Kutanga, ziva kuti vamwe vechiduku vakawanda vakarwisana nehosha dzekudya uye vakakunda! Asi sei?
Kumbozvitarisa Mugirazi
Rimwe danho guru rokukunda kurwisana nehosha yekudya kubvuma zvakaita chitarisiko chako. “Vanhu vakawanda vane hosha dzokudya vanoona miviri yavo zvisirizvo,” rinodaro bhuku rinonzi Changing Bodies, Changing Lives. “Havaoni zvakaita miviri yavo chaizvoizvo uye vanozvitsoropodza kwazvo, kunyanya chitarisiko chavo.”
Chokwadika, vamwe vaduku vanopfuura makore 12 vanovakira zvavari nechitarisiko chavo chokunze; kukanganisika chero kupi zvako kuripo kunoonwa senjodzi. “Ndakafuta kwazvo handigoni kuzvishivirira,” anodaro Vicki ane makore 17. “Chiuno changu chikuru kwazvo zvokuti handimbogoni kupfeka chinhu chipi nechipi chinopfinyirwa.” Kunyange pashure pokuderera nemakirogiramu 10, Vicki haana kugutsikana. Zvimwe musikana uyu airamba kudya kana kuti aidyisa ozvirutsisa zvaainge adya.
Zvechokwadi hazvina kuipa kuva nehanya kusvika pamwero wakati nezvokuti unotarisika sei. Nezveizvi, zvinofadza kuziva kuti Bhaibheri rinotaura zvakanaka nezvechitarisiko chokunze uye mataridzike evakadzi nevarume vanoverengeka, kubatanidza Sara, Rakeri, Josefa, Dhavhidhi, uye Abhigairi.b Bhaibheri rinototaurawo kuti muchengeti waDhavhidhi Abhishagi akanga “akanaka kwazvo.”—1 Madzimambo 1:4.
Kurondedzera Runako Rwechokwadi
Kunyange zvakadaro, Bhaibheri harinyanyosimbisi chitarisiko chokunze chomumwe munhu kana zvakaita muviri wake. Asi, rinorumbidza “munhu wakavanzika womwoyo.” (1 Petro 3:4) Ndiyeye munhu womukati chokwadi anoita kuti munhu akwezve kana kuti asembure mumeso aMwari nevanhu.—Zvirevo 11:20, 22.
Chimbofunga nezvemwanakomana waMambo Dhavhidhi Absaromi. Bhaibheri rinoti: “Zvino pakati pavaIsraeri vose kwakanga kusina munhu wairumbidzwa kwazvo saAbsaromi pamusoro pokunaka kwake; kubva patsoka dzake kusvikira kumusoro wake kwakanga kusina chinhu chakaremara kwaari.” (2 Samueri 14:25) Asi, jaya iri rainyengera. Kudada nokuda kuzvikwidziridza zvakamumanikidzira kuedza kumukira mambo akagadzwa waJehovha. Saka, Bhaibheri, harirondedzeri chitarisiko chakatsvinda chaAbsaromi asi rinomuratidza semurume aiva asina kuvimbika zvinonyadzisa uye aiva neruvengo rwokuponda.
Runako rwechokwadi rwemunhu, kana rutsvindo, harutsamiri pachitarisiko chokunze. Nechikonzero chakanaka, Bhaibheri rinoti: “Uzviwanire uchenjeri; uzviwanire njere nezvose zvaunazvo. Huchapa musoro wako chishongo chakanaka; huchakuisira korona inobwinya.”—Zvirevo 4:7, 9.

Rimwe bhuku rinoti: “Vanhu vanoshushikana nezvekudya nevaya vanobatwa mumambure ehosha dzokudya dzakadai seanorexia nervosa, bulimia, uye kudyisa, kazhinji kazhinji havazvikoshesi—vanofunga kuti havakoshi uye vanofunga kuti vamwe havavakoshesiwo.”
Pane zvikonzero zvakawanda zvingatungamirira kukusazvikoshesa. Somuenzaniso, kutanga kwekuyaruka kungakuita kuti usazive kuti chii chiri kuitika—kunyanya kana wakurumidza kuyaruka kupfuura vezera rako. Uyewo, vamwe vaduku vanorerwa mumisha mune zvinetso nguva dzose, zvichida kutobatwa zvisina kufanira munyama kana kuchinywa. Pasinei zvapo nechinokonzera, kuita zvakanaka kunobatanidza kuziva zviri kukonzera kunzwa kwokusakosha. Izvi zvinoreva kusvika pakunzwisisa kukosha kwako semunhu. Zvechokwadi, anenge munhu wese ane humwe unhu hunorumbidzwa. (Enzanisa 1 Vakorinte 12:14-18.) Chokwadi, izvozvi haungazvioni pachako, asi shamwari yakura ingakwanisa kukuratidza izvozvi.
Asi zvakadini kana uchifanira chaizvoizvo kuderedza uremu nokuda kwezvikonzero zvakanaka zveutano? Bhaibheri rinorumbidza kuti tive “netsika dzine mwero.” (1 Timotio 3:11, NW) Saka, zvakanaka kwazvo kudzivisa kuzvinyima zvokudya kwakanyanya kana kuwira mumambure ezviito zvokuti urasikirwe neuremu nokukurumidza. Zvimwe nzira yakanakisisa yokuderedza makirogiramu asingadiwi kudya zvinovaka utano ndokurovedza muviri zvakafanira. “Kungofanana nechinhu chose zvacho,” inodaro magazini inonzi FDA Consumer, “pane nzira yakanaka neyakaipa yokuderedza uremu. Nzira yakaipa kupotsa kudya, kusarudza kusadya chinhu chipi kana chipi asi chingwa chisingafutisi nemvura, kunwa mapiritsi ekusafuta, kana kuzvirutsisa.”
Simba Rokutaurira Mumwe Munhu
Mushandi wenzanga Nancy Kolodny anoenzanisa kuva nehosha yokudya “nokupinda munzvimbo inovhiringidza, usina mapu kana kuti compass, usinganyatsozivi kwokubudira, uye usingazivi pauchabuda kana uchawana pokubuda napo. . . . Kana ukapedza nguva refu uri imomo zvichakuvhiringidza uye zvichakutsamwisa sezvaunoedza kubuda.” Saka kana une zviratidzo zveanorexia kana kuti zvebulimia, unofanira kuwana rubatsiro. Haugoni kubuda munzvimbo iyoyo inovhiringidza pachako. Saka taurira mubereki kana kuti mumwe munhu mukuru waunovimba. Chirevo cheBhaibheri chinoti: “Shamwari inoda nguva dzose; hama inoberekerwa kuti ibatsire pakutambudzika.”—Zvirevo 17:17.
Zvapupu zvaJehovha zvakawanda zvakaona ushamwari ihwohwo hunovimbwa pakati pevakuru muungano yechiKristu. Zvechokwadi, vakuru havasi vanachiremba, uye kubetsera kwavo hakutsivi kudikanwa kwerubatsiro rwekurapa. Zvisinei, vakuru vechiKristu havazoisi zvimiti munzeve pa“kuchema kwomurombo,” uye zano ravo neminyengetero yavo zvinogona ku“ponesa unorwara” mumudzimu.—Zvirevo 21:13; Jakobho 5:13-15.
Kana usinganzwi zvakanaka kutaurira mumwe munhu chiso nechiso, nyora zvaunofunga mutsamba, uchikumbira mhinduro. Chinhu chinokosha kuburitsa nhau yacho pachena. “Nokubvuma chokwadi chokuti haugoni kukunda pachako,” anonyora kudaro Nancy Kolodny, “uri kutanga kubvuma kuti mumwe munhu akubatsire kubva zvino.” Anowedzera kuti: “Idzodzi dzingave nhano dzakaoma dzokuti ufunge nezvadzo uye kushandisa, asi dzakanaka, dziya dzichakupinza mugwara rakanaka rokubuda mukuvhiringidzika.”
VaKristu vaduku vane kwavangawanazve betsero—munyengetero. Kunyengetera kuna Mwari hausi unyanzvi hwokuwana rugare uchishandisa pfungwa. Ikurukurirano chaiyo uye inokosha neMusiki, anokunzwisisa zviri nani kupfuura manzwisisire aunozviita! (1 Johane 3:19, 20) Saka, kunyange ino isiri nguva yokuti Jehovha abvise hosha dzose, Mwari wedu ane rudo anogona kutungamirira nhano dzako zvokuti hauzununguki. (Pisarema 55:22) Kubva mune zvakaitika zvake pachake, munyori wepisarema Dhavhidhi akanyora kuti: “Ndakatsvaka Jehovha, akandipindura, akandisunungura pakutya kwangu kwose. Murombo uyu wakachema, Jehovha akamunzwa, akamuponesa panjodzi dzake dzose.”—Pisarema 34:4, 6.
Saka nepaunogona napo pose, taura manzwire ako ose kuna Jehovha Mwari. “Kandirai pamusoro pake kufunganya kwenyu kwose,” akanyora kudaro muapostora Petro, “nokuti iye unokuchengetai.” (1 Petro 5:7) Kuti uvake kuonga nyasha dzaJehovha, huregererei kunyatsoverenga Mapisarema 34, 77, 86, 103, uye 139? Kufungisisa mapisarema aya kuchasimbisa chivimbo chako kuti Jehovha akavimbika uye anoda kuti ubudirire. Nokuverenga Shoko rake, uchasvika pakunzwa sezvakaita Dhavhidhi, uyo akanyora kuti: “Nguva ipi neipi yandinofunganya nokunetseka, munondinyaradza nokuita kuti ndifare.”—Pisarema 94:19, Today’s English Version.
Shivirira—Kuita Zvakanaka Kunoitika Zvishoma Nezvishoma
Vakawanda vanobatsirwa nemhaka yehosha yekudya havangoerekane vaita zvakanaka. Chimbofunga nezvaJaimee, adudzwa pakutanga.
