Ukuphila NeNkonzo KaJesu
Abafundi Abaningi Bayeka Ukulandela UJesu
UJESU ufundisa esinagogeni eKapernawume ngendima yakhe njengesinkwa seqiniso esivela ezulwini. Inkulumo yakhe ngokusobala iwukuqhubekiswa kwengxoxo eyaqaliswa nabantu lapho bemthola ekubuyeni kwabo ngasempumalanga yoLwandle lwaseGalile, lapho badla khona izinkwa nezinhlanzi ezazilethwe ngokuyisimangaliso.
UJesu uqhuba amazwi akhe, ethi: “Isinkwa engizakusinikela ngenxa yokuphila kwezwe siyinyama yami.” Eminyakeni emibili ngaphambili, entwasahlobo ka-30 C.E., uJesu watshela uNikodemu ukuthi uNkulunkulu walithanda izwe kangaka waze wanikela ngeNdodana yakhe njengoMsindisi. Ngakho-ke uJesu manje ubonisa ukuthi noma ubani wezwe lesintu odla inyama yakhe ngokomfanekiso, ngokubonisa ukholo emhlatshelweni azowenza ngokushesha, angase athole ukuphila okuphakade.
Nokho, abantu bayakhubeka ngamazwi kaJesu. Bayabuza: “Lo angasinika kanjani inyama yakhe, siyidle, na?” UJesu ufuna izilaleli zakhe ziqonde ukuthi ukudla inyama yakhe kwakuyokwenziwa ngendlela engokomfanekiso. Ngakho, ukuze agcizelele lokhu, usho okuthile nakho okungathandeki kakhulu uma kungathathwa ngendlela engokoqobo.
UJesu uthi: “Uma ningadli inyama yeNdodana yomuntu, niphuze igazi layo, aninakuphila phakathi kwenu. Odla inyama yami, aphuze igazi lami, unokuphila okuphakade; mina ngiyakumvusa ngomuhla wokuphela. Ngokuba inyama yami ingukudla isibili, negazi lami lingukuphuza isibili. Odla inyama yami, aphuze igazi lami, uhlala kimi, nami kuye.”
Yiqiniso, uma uJesu lapha wayesikisela ubuzimu, imfundiso yakhe yayiyozwakala icasula kakhulu. Kodwa, eqinisweni, uJesu akakhulumeli ukudla inyama noma ukuphuza igazi ngokoqobo. Umane nje ugcizelela ukuthi bonke abemukela ukuphila okuphakade kumelwe babe nokholo emhlatshelweni azowenza lapho enikela umzimba wakhe ophelele wobuntu futhi ethulula igazi lakhe. Nokho, ngisho abaningi babafundi bakhe abenzi mzamo wokuqonda imfundiso yakhe, ngakho baphikisa ngokuthi: “Lilukhuni lelizwi; ngubani ongalizwa na?”
Azi ukuthi abaningi babafundi bakhe bayakhononda, uJesu uthi: “Lokhu kuyanicunula na? Pho, uma nibona iNdodana yomuntu yenyukela lapho yayikhona kuqala, niyakuthini na? . . . Amazwi engiwakhulumé kini angumoya, angukuphila. Kepha bakhona abanye phakathi kwenu abangakholwa.”
UJesu uqhubeka uthi: “Kungenxa yalokho ngithé kini: Akakho ongeza kimi uma engakuphiwe nguBaba.” Ngakho-ke abaningi babafundi bakhe bayamshiya futhi abasamlandeli. Ngakho uJesu uphendukela kubafundi bakhe abayi-12 ababuze: “Nani nithanda ukumuka na?”
UPetru uyaphendula: “Nkosi, siyakuya kubani na? Amazwi okuphila okuphakade akuwe. Siyakholwa, siyazi ukuthi wena ungoNgcwele kaNkulunkulu.” Yeka ukuboniswa okuhle kokwethembeka, ngisho noma uPetru nabanye abaphostoli kungenzeka abakuzwanga ngokugcwele ukufundisa kukaJesu ngalendaba!
Nakuba ejatshuliswe yimpendulo kaPetru, uJesu uyaphawula: “Mina anginikhethanga nina abayishumi nambili na? Kepha omunye kini ungusathane.” Ukhuluma ngoJuda Iskariyothe. Ngokunokwenzeka kuleliphuzu uJesu ubona “isiqalo,” noma ukuqala, kwenkambo engalungile kuJuda.
UJesu wayesand’ ukudumaza abantu ngokwenqaba imizamo yabo yokumenza inkosi, futhi bangase bacabange, ‘Lona angaba kanjani uMesiya uma engezukusithatha isikhundla sobuMesiya esifanelekile?’ Lokhu nakho, kungase kube yindaba entsha ezingqondweni zabaningi. Johane 6:51-71; 3:16.
