Ubani Ongasindisa Izwe?
EKUPHENDULENI lombuzo, abanye bangase bathi, ‘Akekho.’ Futhi akekho kithi ongaphika ukuthi izinkinga zezwe zanda ngokushesha, futhi isimo sazo siye saba ngesixaka kakhulu, kangangokuba umsebenzi wokusindisa izwe ubonakala ungaphezu kwamandla ohulumeni banamuhla babantu noma ngisho naweZizwe Ezihlangene.
Kodwa njengoba ukuphila kwethu nekusasa kuhilelekile, sinesizathu esihle sokufuna ukwazi, Ingabe ikhona indlela elingasindiswa ngayo? Uma kunjalo, ngubani?

Ubani-ke ozosindisa isintu? Asishiywa sinokungabaza, ngoba iZwi likaNkulunkulu lithi: “Ngokuba uNkulunkulu kayithumelanga iNdodana ezweni ukuba yahlulele izwe, kodwa ukuba izwe lisindiswe ngayo.” (Johane 3:17; 12:47) Yebo, uMdali womuntu oye wathatha izinyathelo zokusindisa izwe ngeNdodana yakhe, uJesu Kristu. Ngisho neqembu lamaSamariya, ngaphambili elaliwazonda amaJuda, lathi ngoJesu, “siyazi ukuthi lo ngempela unguMsindisi wezwe.”—Johane 4:42.
Into ephawulekayo ngokwenkolo osukwini lwethu ukuvela kwamaqembu amaningi okuthiwa akaJesu. Ubona igama elithi Jesu linamatheliswe ezimotweni nasezakhiweni, lipendwe emadwaleni ezindaweni ezingaphandle. Ufunda ngemihlangano emikhulu eqhutshelwa ngaphandle yabantu baka“Jesu.” Laba ngokuvamile baye bawashiya amasonto abo. Bamemezela kakhulu ukuthi ithemba lesintu likuJesu Kristu. Abaningi babo bakholelwa ukuthi, uma uJesu ubephila namuhla, ubeyoba nabo noma kuphi ekuvukeleni kwabo futhi ubeyokulwa nokonakala nokungalungi kwale“simiso.”
Iqembu labantu abanjalo eBrazil lacela ukuba libhale ngalokho elalikucabanga ngoJesu. Bavumelana ngokuthi wayeyindoda eyayinenjongo enhle eyashumayela uthando ezweni elinonya nelingenaluthando. Bathi wafundisa ukulingana kwabantu futhi wabeka isibonelo esihle sesibindi, ukholo nethemba. Kodwa baba nomuzwa wokuthi wayengaphumeleli kakhulu emsebenzini wakhe. Njengoba umpristi ongumKatolika akubeka, “Bheka uJesu. Ngaso sonke isikhathi wayenezingxoxo nabapristi, futhi into ayithola ngazo isiphambano.”
Umbheka kanjani uJesu Kristu? Njengomvukeli wombuso oshisayo? Njengesazi esikhulu nendoda ehlakaniphile, ngisho nomprofethi? Ngokungangabazeki izimfundiso zakhe ziye zaba nethonya elimangalisayo esintwini phakathi neminyaka eyi-1 950 edlule. Eqinisweni, izigidi zabantu namuhla zithi kakade usezisindisile.
Akunakuphikwa ukuthi uJesu uyindlela yokusindiswa kwabanye besintu, njengoba siphawulde ngokukaJohane 3:17. Umphostoli uPetru wakuqinisekisa lokhu, ethi: “Alikho futhi elinye igama phansi kwezulu elinikiwe ebantwini, esimelwe ukusindiswa ngalo.” (IzEnzo 4:12) Kodwa uJesu uyolisindisa kanjani izwe? Uma kungewona wonke umuntu oyokwamukela uJesu futhi ahlangabezane nezimfuneko zikaNkulunkulu zosindiso, umuntu usindiswa kanjani? Uma lowomuntu kunguwe, uyosindiswa kukuphi, futhi usindiselwe kuphi? Ake sicabangele yona kanye lemibuzo eqondene nalokhu.
