TODAY, plenty people in the world can’t treat their friend dem fair. They can do this one for different-different reason like: the person poor, the place they coming from or the way they looking. Plenty people suffering because some big-big business people and government people only get time for theirself and for making plenty money. The way plenty people not fair can make us to suffer sometime or it can even suffer people we know.

² Da the reason why plenty people in the world today vex bad way. So some people can want try on their own to solve this problem dem. Some of them can protest against the government or vote for other people who can promise to treat everybody fair. Da truth, all of us want live in peace and for people to treat us fair. But the Bible say we mon not be “part of the world” and we mon wait for God Kingdom to solve all this problem dem. (John 17:16) But still we can feel bad or even get vex when we see somebody treating their friend bad. So sometime we can be thinking: ‘Wetin I mon do? I able to do something about it now-now?’ To answer this question dem, let see how Jehovah and Jesus can feel when they see people treating their friend dem bad.

JEHOVAH AND JESUS HATE TO SEE PEOPLE TREATING THEIR FRIEND DEM BAD

3. Why we not like for people to treat us bad or treat other people bad? (Isaiah 5:7)

³ The Bible tell us the reason why we not like for people to treat us bad or treat other people bad. It say da Jehovah who make us in his image “loves righteousness and justice.” (Ps. 33:5; Gen. 1:26) So he will never treat anybody bad and he not want us to treat anybody bad! (Deut. 32:​3, 4; Mic. 6:8; Zech. 7:9) For example, during the prophet Isaiah time, Jehovah hear plenty Israelite dem crying because their own people wor treating them bad. (Read Isaiah 5:7.) Jehovah punish the people dem who not obey his Law and wor still treating other people bad.—Isa. 5:​5, 13.

⁴ Like Jehovah, Jesus hate to see people treating their friend dem bad. One day, Jesus see one man who hand wor cripple. Jesus wor feeling sorry for the man so he help him. But when the religious leader dem see it, they get vex bad way. They say da Jesus wor breaking the Sabbath law. They wor not even having time for the way this man wor suffering. How this one make Jesus to feel? The Bible say: “His heart spoil bad way.”—Mark 3:​1-6.

5. Why we mon not continue to be vex when people treat us or other people bad?

⁵ Since it can make Jehovah and Jesus vex to see people treating their friend dem bad, it not wrong for us to feel the same way too. (Eph. 4: 26 and study note “Be wrathful”) But when we get vex, we mon control ourself and remember da we not able to finish suffering. In fact, when we stay long getting vex, it can make us sick or discourage. (Ps. 37: 1, 8; Jas. 1:20) So wetin we mon do when people not treat us or other people fair? Let see what we can learn from Jesus example.

⁶ When Jesus wor on earth, he see how they use to treat plenty people bad. For example, the religious leaders make life hard for the people by forcing them to do some thing dem da wor not part of the Law. (Matt. 23:​2-4) Also, the big-big people in the Roman government use to treat the people bad. So plenty of the Jew dem really wanted to be free. Some of them even put people together to fight against the Roman Government. But Jesus not join or support any group to change the government. And when some people wanted to make him king, he run away.—John 6:15.

7-8. The time Jesus wor on earth, why he not try to finish all the suffering in this world? (John 18:36)

⁷ When Jesus wor on earth, he not put his hand in politics to solve the problem dem he use to see. Why? Because he know da human being not get the right and they not even able to direct theirself. (Ps. 146:3; Jer. 10:23) Also they not even able to stop the main thing da making us to suffer. Da Satan ruling this world. And he making plenty people to be like him. (John 8:44; Eph. 2:2) Even people who good, not able to solve the problem dem in the world because they not perfect and they can’t always treat their friend dem fair.—Eccl. 7:20.

⁸ Jesus know da only God Kingdom able to end all our suffering and the main thing da making us to suffer. Da the reason why he really work hard to “preach the good news about God Kingdom.” (Luke 8:1) By doing this one, he use to comfort people who really wanted for suffering and wickedness to finish. (Matt. 5:6 and study note; Luke 18:​7, 8) No human being government able to do this one here, only God Kingdom able to do it. Da why Jesus say God Kingdom “not part of this world.”—Read John 18:36.

9. Wetin convince you da only God Kingdom will end suffering?

⁹ Because we living in the last days, the problem dem plenty more than the time Jesus wor on earth. But da Satan and the wicked people dem who under his control still behind all this suffering. (2 Tim. 3:​1-5, 13; Rev. 12:12) Just like Jesus, we know da only God Kingdom will finish suffering and destroy Satan, the main person behind our suffering. Because we can preach about God Kingdom, we can’t protest or put our trust in any government to end our suffering. Let talk about one sister name Stacy.a Before Stacy learn the truth, she always use to join people to protest because people wor not treating their friend dem fair. But after some time, she start thinking if she wor really helping people to solve their problem. She say: “When I use to go protest, I will be thinking whether I doing the right thing. But now-now, I convince da I doing the right thing because I supporting God Kingdom. I know da Jehovah will finish all suffering, and da something I not able to do.”—Ps. 72:​1, 4.

10. According to Matthew 5:​43-48, why we mon not protest against government? (Also see the picture.)

¹⁰ Today, plenty people can join different-different group to protest against government. But plenty of this people dem can be so vex da they can break the law and even hurt other people. Da not what Jesus say we mon do. (Eph. 4:31) One brother name Jeffrey say: “I know da when people protesting, they can get vex quick-quick, then they can start stealing and spoiling things. They can even hurt each other.” But Jesus say da we mon love everybody, even people who can treat us bad. (Read Matthew 5:​43-48.) Because we Christian, we mon do our best to follow Jesus example.

11. Sometime, wetin can make it hard for us to follow Jesus example?

¹¹ We know da God Kingdom will end suffering forever. But sometime when people treat us bad, it can be hard for us to follow Jesus example. Let talk about Janiya who people treat bad. She say: “The thing people use to say about me, use to make me feel bad. I also use to be vex bad way and wanted this people them to get punishment. Then I start thinking about joining one group to protest. I wor thinking da when I do it, things will get better.” But after some time, Janiya get to know da she need to change the way she wor thinking. She say, “I start believing what the people wor saying and I start trusting them instead of Jehovah. So I decide to move from in all this group dem and to not get anything to do with them again.” Even though we can get vex when people not treat us or other people fair, we mon try to control ourself. And we mon always try to not be part of the world.—John 15:19.

12. Why we mon be careful about the thing dem we can read, watch or listen to?

¹² What can help us to control ourself when people not treat us or other people fair? One thing da can help us, da to be careful about the thing dem we can read, watch or listen to. Some story dem on the internet can make people to feel bad and make them to complain about the government. Most of the time, the thing dem da can be on the news can’t really be true and they can be saying their own thing. But even if the thing they say da true, you think we able to solve the problem when we continue to think about it? In fact, if we spend plenty time thinking about this kindna thing dem, it will just make us discourage more. (Prov. 24:10) And it can even make us to forget da only God Kingdom able to solve all this problem dem.

13. How reading the Bible every day can help us when people not treat us or other people fair?

¹³ When we read the Bible every day and think about what we read, it can help us to know what to do when people not treat us or other people fair. One sister name Alia wor really feeling bad because people wor treating their friend dem bad in her community. And this people dem wor not getting any punishment for treating their friend dem bad. She say: “I sit down and ask myself, ‘I really believe da Jehovah will solve all this problem dem?’ From there, I read Job 34:​22-29. This Bible verse dem help me to see da Jehovah can see everything. Da only him able to judge people the right way and only him can solve everybody problem.” But wetin we can do now-now while we waiting for God Kingdom to solve all this problem dem?

WETIN WE CAN DO NOW-NOW?

14. Wetin we can do now-now when people not treat us or other people fair? (Colossians 3:​10, 11)

¹⁴ We not able to control the way other people can treat their friend dem, but we can try our best to treat everybody good. According to what we na learn, we can follow Jesus example by showing love. This love can make us to be kind to everybody, even people who can treat us bad. (Matt. 7:12; Rom. 12:17) Jehovah can really be happy when we kind and fair to everybody.—Read Colossians 3:​10, 11.

15. How it can help people when we teach them the truth from the Bible?

¹⁵ The main way we can help people da to teach them about Jehovah. Why we say so? Because when people learn about Jehovah, they can change their way and learn how to show love and be kind to people. (Isa. 11:​6, 7, 9) Before Jemal learn the truth, he join one rebel group. They wor fighting to change the government in the country because the government wor not treating people fair. He say: “You can’t change people by force. But when they learn the truth from the Bible, they can change. And da what help me to change.” The thing da Jemal learn from the Bible make him to stop fighting. So when we teach people the truth from the Bible, we can help them to stop doing thing dem da can hurt other people.

16. Why you really want tell people about what God Kingdom will do?

¹⁶ Like Jesus, we really want tell people da only God Kingdom able to finish our suffering. This one can really encourage people who suffering because other people treat them bad. (Jer. 29:11) Stacy, who we talk about before say: “Because I know da God will finish suffering, I can hold my heart when people treat me or other people bad. Jehovah can use the Bible to comfort people.” For us to be able to use the Bible to comfort people, we mon prepare good-good. The more you know what the Bible say about suffering, da the more you will be convince. Like da, you will be able teach people to your school or to your working place why we can suffer and what Jehovah will do to finish suffering.b

17. How Jehovah can help us to bear it now-now when people not treat us or other people fair?

¹⁷ Because Satan da “the ruler for the world,” we will continue to suffer. But we get hope da Jehovah will help us to bear it now-now. And Jehovah na promise da in the future, He will destroy Satan and end wickedness forever. (John 12:31) For example, in the Bible he tell us the reason why plenty people can’t treat their friend dem fair. He also tell us da he care for the people dem who they can treat bad. (Ps. 34:​17-19) Jesus example teach us what we mon do when people not treat us or other people fair. And God Kingdom will soon finish suffering and nobody will suffer again. (2 Pet. 3:13) So let do our best to continue preaching the good news with zeal. And let continue to wait with our whole heart for the time the earth will be fill with “justice and righteousness.”—Isa. 9:7.
