To the Romans
9 I Christ disciple and the holy spirit directing my conscience. So I not lying when I say, 2 I really feeling bad and feeling pain in my heart all the time. 3 My own brother dem not get good friendship with Christ, and God will destroy them. I wish God can destroy me and save them. 4 They Israelites, and God na choose them to make them his children. And God honor them and make agreement with them and give them the Law. They also get the honor to worship him and he give them his promise. 5 They our great grandpa children dem, and da from them Jesus wor born as human being. Let praise God, who over everything forever. Amen.
6 So yor think the thing dem da God say not happen? No. To talk the truth, da not all the people who come from Israel really part of “Israel.” 7 And even though they coming from Abraham family line, but not all of them da Abraham real children. But God tell Abraham say: “The people dem I will call your children will come from Isaac family line.” 8 This one mean the children dem da come from Abraham family line, da not God real-real children. But God look at the children dem da come because of the promise he make to Abraham to be his real-real children. 9 And God make this promise. He say: “I will come this same time next year and I will bless Sarah and she will born boy child.” 10 Da the same thing happen when Re·bekʹah got pregnant with twin for our great grandpa Isaac. 11 When the children dem wor not born yet, and they not do anything good or bad, God show before time who he will choose. And da because God can choose anybody he want choose not because of what the person do. 12 So he tell her say: “The big brother will be the slave for the small brother.” 13 Just how God say it in the Law: “I love Jacob, but I hate Eʹsau.”
14 So yor think we saying da God not fair? No! 15 Because God tell Moses say: “I will feel sorry for anybody I choose, and I will feel sorry for anybody I want feel sorry for.” 16 So God can’t just choose people because of what the person want or what the person trying hard to do, but God can choose people because he feel sorry for them. 17 So God tell Pharʹaoh say: “Da because of this reason I allow you to live: to use you to show my power and make people all over the earth to know my name.” 18 So God can feel sorry for anybody he want feel sorry for, but he can allow anybody who want be hardhead to be hardhead.
19 Some of yor will ask me: “Then why he can still hold people for the thing dem they can do? Who able to stop him from doing the thing dem he want do?” 20 But common human being like you, what right you get to talk against God? The thing somebody fix, you think it can ask the person who fix it: “Why you fix me like this?” 21 Yor not know say the person who can use clay to fix things get the right to make clay jar da they can put important thing dem inside for special use? And also the person can make another clay jar to put thing dem inside for people to use every day? 22 Ehn da the same thing God can do? Ehn he get the right to get vex and show his power on the people dem da can make him vex* and destroy them? But ehn he can choose to bear patience with them? 23 He do this one to show his great and big position to the people dem who he can feel sorry for.* This people dem will get the blessing da he promise before time. 24 Da we the one he choose from among the Jews and also from among the nation dem. 25 It happening just how he say it in the book of Ho·seʹa: “The people dem who never use to be my people, I will call them ‘my people,’ and the people dem* who I never use to love, I will call them, ‘people who I really love.’ 26 And to the place where I tell them say, ‘You not my people,’ da the same place they will call them ‘children for the living God.’”
27 Also, Isaiah talk loud about Israel. He say: “Even though the Israelite dem plenty just like the sand da in the sea, but only small number of them will be save. 28 Because Jehovah* will judge the earth, and he will not waste time to do it.” 29 And just how Isaiah say: “If to say Jehovah* who get all the angel dem under his control wor not coming leave some people* with us, then time like this, we wor coming be looking just like Sodʹom and Go·morʹrah.”
30 So wetin we can say? The people dem from the other nations na show faith and God look at them to be righteous people, even though they wor not doing anything to be righteous people. 31 But for Israel, even though they wor trying hard to live by the Law da righteous, still they wor not able to live by it. 32 Why they wor not able? Because they wor thinking da they wor coming be righteous by obeying the Law and not by faith. They fall down because of the “rock da can make people to fall down.” 33 Just how it in the Law: “Look! I putting one rock in Zion da will make people to fall down and one rock da will block their way, but anybody who put their faith inside it* will not get breaking heart.”
