Pay Your Vows

The Israelite them were not force to make vow, but when they vow they force to pay (Nu 30:2; it-2-E 1162)

Sometime, vow can mean not doing certain thing even though it not wrong (Nu 30:​3, 4; it-2-E 1162)

This time, Jehovah allowing everybody to make their own vow (Nu 30:​6-9; w04-E 8/1 27 ¶3)
