Value Your Friendship With Jehovah

To be Jehovah Witness, that not small blessing. Since we now give our life to Jehovah and get baptized, we must continue to value our friendship with him. Jehovah use his son to draw us to himself. (Joh 6:44) He can listen to our prayers.​—Ps 34:15.

How we can protect our friendship with God? We can do that by not following the Israelites bad example. Soon after they agree that they will worship only Jehovah, then they turn around and make one golden calf and started worshiping it. (Ex 32:​7, 8; 1Co 10:​7, 11, 14) So let think on these questions: ‘What thing I will do when I facing temptation? The way I can do things, it can show that I really value my friendship with Jehovah?’ When we get strong love for our heavenly father, it will help us to avoid the thing them that he hate.​—Ps 97:10.
