When the elder them train young brothers, it show that they really thinking about how the congregation can benefit in the future. It also show that they know their limitation and love people. How?

• Choose young brothers who able to do more work for Jehovah

• Make it clear to them how to do the work good and finish it

• Give them the money and the things that will help them finish the work

• Check on the brother to see how he doing the work. Also, tell him that you trust that he can finish it
