Correct Introduction

WETIN YOU MUST DO: Your introduction must help people get interest in the thing you coming say. Make them know what you want talk about, and tell them why it important for them.

HOW TO DO IT:

  • Make people get interest in the thing you coming talk. Ask one question, say something, give one true life story, or something in the news that people like to talk about.

    Practical tip

    When you preparing, think about what on the people heart and wetin they thinking on. Then use it in your introduction.

  • Help the people know what you want talk about. Make sure you tell them what you want talk about, and the reason why you want talk about it must be clear in your introduction.

  • Show why the thing you want talk about important. Talk about something that on the people mind. Help the people to see how the thing you talking about can help them.

    Practical tip

    When you preparing, think on this question: ‘What kind na problems the brother and sister them in my congregation going through?’ Then talk about the problems in your introduction.

FOR FIELD SERVICE

To know what the person get interest in, look at what they doing or the thing them in the yard. Use question or the thing them you see to start your preaching.
