LESSON 7

The Tall House in Babel

After the heavy rain, Noah sons and their wife dem born plenty children. Their family get big and they started spreading to different-different parts of the earth, just how Jehovah tell them.

But some of the family dem not obey Jehovah. They tell each other say: ‘Let build one city here and stay here. We will build one house da will be tall until it reach all the way to heaven. Then we will be popular.’

Jehovah wor not happy with what the people wor doing, so he decide to stop them. You know how he do it? He made them to start speaking different-different languages. Since they wor not understanding each other again, they stop building the house. They call the city da they wor building Babel, and it mean “Confusion.” People started moving from there and living to different-different parts of the earth. But they continue doing bad things to the new area they wor living. You think they wor having people among them who still love Jehovah? We will find the answer to this question in the next lesson.

“Anybody who put theirself up, God will bring him down, but anybody who bring theirself down, God will put him up.”—Luke 18:14
